Moving to New Zealand can be made easier! Many of our clients follow the plan below and secure residence in New Zealand through the employment pathway (a job offer in New Zealand). There may be minor variations depending on your profile, skillset, and your job opportunities in New Zealand.

How easy is it to emigrate to New Zealand? For most people, the process involves:

  1. A job offer
  2. A temporary (work) visa application
  3. A residence visa application

Typical process timeline

This is the process we follow for most of our offshore clients.

Documentation stage

Based on our instructions, you collect & send the documents required. We check your documents and provide feedback until you become ‘document-ready’.

Job search stage

We provide assistance with your job search and can liaise with potential employers interested in your application. We also advise on the suitability of jobs applied for.

Temporary visas application

Congratulations! You have been offered a job! We send you final instructions, liaise with your NZ employer, prepare & lodge your work (and family) visa application(s).

 

Residence

We prepare and submit your expression of interest (EOI) for residence under the Skilled Migrant Category or the Green List.

Residence application

We finalise your documentation, prepare and lodge your residence application. We liaise with Immigration New Zealand until a decision is made.
